Welcome to Deanna's Web

Welcome... Welcome! Somehow your web wanderings you have landed on this site. You have entered Deanna's Web. Now most likely you have no idea who I am so I have kindly provided a picture. Yes, that is me Absailing in Three Cliff's Bay, Wales.
Now, that you have seen a picture, I will tell you a little about myself. I was born in Littleton, CO. After I graduated from High School my parents moved to Helena, MT, which is where I claim permanent residence, however, I spend most of my time at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD. I am a fifth year Senior majoring in Chemistry, with theater and government minors.
Now, you maybe wonder why am I taking five years to earn a B.A? Over the last few years, I have been involved in some very interesting events which have left me three cores short of a degree. What are these adventure you ask?
In the Fall 1998, I studied abroad in Carmarthen, Wales. Then in the Spring of 1999, I worked as a intern at an environmental education center, The Outdoor Campus, in Sioux  Falls, SD. Once that internship was over I found another opportunity. I began working at the Washington Pavilion, in Sioux Falls, SD as an InterActor. Then, this summer I went to Monterey, CA to work as an intern for Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institution. I worked with Peter Brewer, Ed Peltzer, and Gregor Rehder on the Ocean Chemistry of Greenhouse Gases. (If you still are curious about any of these places visit my Adventures web.)
Now, I am back in Sioux Falls, SD working for the Washington Pavilion again, and also as a collaborator with MBARI. Between that and classes I should be busy. Well, the rest of this web is what stems for four and a half years of web fiddling. So, I hope that you find the information which follows useful, or at least pretty.
